CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in time is 2.00pm, We suggest you refer to the section on what to do if you arrive early – there is plenty to keep you entertained!

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
If you are arriving via car and have a GPS / Sat Nav system in the car, please use [postcode TS10 3DH]. If you do not have a GPS device, you can find us by heading to the main high street. You might also like to click Google driving; just enter our postcode and you’ll be directed to the outside of our property.

INVENTORY CHECK
Optional opportunity to add any specific inventory check you or your housekeeping will do on check in.

PARKING
There is no parking onsite but there are paid parking spots directly outside our property or we do have an agreement with the landowner at the rear of our property, full day parking for guests is just £10.00. Alternatively, there are free parking spaces around the area of our property.

CHECK-OUT PROCESS

When you leave, please ensure the following simple tasks are done:
– take the rubbish out and leave it in the passage on the ground floor
– ensure the heating is switched off but do not switch this off at the power socket, as these are WIFI controlled
– ensure all appliances are switched off
– lock the house by lifting the door handle We hope you had a wonderful holiday and wish you safe travels back home. We’d love to see you again next year!

CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-out time is strictly 12pm. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best, but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.

CLEANING

You will find the house clean on arrival but please let us know if you are not satisfied. For stays of 1 week there is no cleaning service. After you depart our cleaners will perform that for the next guest. If you are here for two weeks there will be one clean, usually on the middle Saturday. They have a key and will access the house at some point during the day, but not before 10am. If you want the property to be serviced every day, please let us know and we will arrange this. An extra payment of £10.00 per day will be charged. On departure it would be helpful if you could leave the house (particularly kitchen contents) clean and tidy when you leave. No need for you to perform a full clean!
